As if the Porsche SUV isn't enough of an attention-getter, it appears he's bragging on his profession.

Dr. 34D. I tried to look him up so I could see if he looks like one of those surgeons you see on reality shows, but I didn't find anything specific to this guy.

However, I did find there's a whole Flickr group dedicated to ladies with this bra size. Kind of creepy.
